SPANZ Conference 2017 – A World of Opportunities
The AUT University chapter of Student Paramedics Australasia is hosting the Student Paramedics Australasia New Zealand 2017 Conference at AUT’s South Campus in the brand new MH building .
#SPANZ17 is based on the “world of opportunities” available for all medical professionals with an interest in pre-hospital medicine, including frontline ambulance work.
SPANZ is a two-day conference that involves discussion of clinical research, key health topics, treatment pathways, and vocational opportunities. SPANZ aims to broaden the horizons of medical professionals or students with an interest in pre-hospital medicine whilst furthering their clinical and personal development. It is complimented by The Paramedic Games, a fun, simulation based competition aimed at all levels of team expertise and experience. There will also be social time for attendees to network with our speakers, other ambulance officers and paramedic students from across New Zealand.
Regardless of your future pathway in emergency medicine (HEMS? Emergency nursing? Frontline ambulance? Education? Research? Medical school?) this conference is for you! Come along, do some learning and have some fun! Let #SPANZ17 be a part of your paramedic journey – who knows where you may be heading!
